Having acquired her cosmothology education in
California, USA, Loretta moved to India along with her family.With the desire to
set up her own business she considered to put her hair & beauty skills to
good use. The hair & beauty industry was then in its infancy in Chennai, she
therefore decided to set up a modern and a dream parlour that could provide the
best of services and set new standards in professionalism and customer
satisfaction ,therefore , her first parlour Senorita located in RA Puram was
established. She found instant success and her parlour flourished due the
professional skills and personalized attention each client received. She went on to establish a Gents salon called "Senors" in the same area. Soon her chain grew and The Gymkhana Club beauty parlour was also added. Recently she opened Grand Senorita's (Ladies Beauty Parlour) and Grand Senor's (Gents Beauty Parlour) at GRT Grand Days Hotel, Chennai.

In addition to her own ventures Loretta soon was in demand as a consultant for various New Parlour Set -
ups in Chennai.
She always felt however , that there was an urgent need for professional Education in Hair & Beauty care especially in South India , her philosophy was simple , by creating more and more professionals , Beauty Culture would automatically go through a transition for the Best.
Through a meeting with Mrs Blossom Kochhar and the opportunity to observe the quality and most upto date teaching provided by her previous Training Institute, she arranged a tie up with her to establish a joint venture and bring it to Chennai.
